I'm Lucy Davis, and I'm not a coach who's read the books. I'm a builder who's lived it. I've spent over two decades deep in the home service industries: construction, cleaning, the businesses that build the backbone of our country.
I've helped home service companies hit their first million. Then five million. Then ten million and beyond. Through that journey, I saw what these companies were missing: passionate owners who knew how to take care of customers, but were drowning in broken systems and chaos that held them back.
